You’ll need to hold off against a couple of waves of them before continuing to the next objective. They start crawling up the railings to attack. The generator will thunder into action, and the station’s power will come back online, raising new bridges to create a path deeper into the station. When you’re there, interact with the terminal and select Reactivate Generator. Up on the Headquarters level, head east along the catwalks toward the main generator room.
